| I hope to this year.
I did build a lure last year that was about the same size as the big Wishmaster. It has an amazinly wide wobble to it. I just need to work on the lip a little this year to get it a hair bit deeper.
The first time I tossed it out was on LOTW. I just wanted to see what would happen if I cranked it in. I had to underhand it since it's so heavy, but I got it out about 20ft. Started cranking it in and what do you know a 48" was right on its tale. I almost threw my rod and reel in the water. It scared the chit out of me, No Way did I expect to see that fish follow in my homade bait the first time I even saw it in the water. | |
