Hey guys..Question for you DIY guys out there.
What do you suggest using when making Fluorocarbon leaders? I have a few hard wire leaders and thinking about cutting off the swivel and snaps. I would like to know length, perferred brand names and type of Knot. Also had a question if i should use super glue on the knot. Also seen Muskie innovations' leaders has (what i think) is rubber around the knot. Would a shrink tube around the knot help?
Thanks in advance guys!

No you don't need to. make sure you get it tight

If you do lots of weed fishing. Some trollers leave a tag end sticking out to catch weeds that come down the line. Most times you don't need it and do you really want to heat up a line that was made by heat?
