| Just got a call from my Wife she & her sisters drove the 4 hours downstate for the trial hearing this AM the Judge ruled not to change the venue citing that the Family has already suffered and changing the venue to make it difficult for family to attend the trial would be cruel, The Jury selection is set for April 15 and the trial is to start April 22nd.
