Hi Guys

I wanted to let everyone know about the Trinity Musky Trail Tournamnet at Cave Run April 7th. This is a 1 day event with all the money being payed back to the anglers. There are also tournaments on Green River, and Buckhorn but I'm not sure what the dates are. There is a meeting on Friday that everyone has to attend. This is a great tournament full of fun and with the PMTT not coming in the spring I thought some of northern guys might enjoy this. I will put the contact name and number on here for those who would like to take part in this. Hopefully some of you guys can get away and fish in this.

Here is a link which takes you to their site. This is a fairly low key touney, and it is part of a Christian ministry as I understand it. If I read the rules correctly it is volunteer on the staffing and 100% payback? Can't beat that.

Not often you can catch a fish and catch the spirit on the same day.

Win win!

This tournament trail features a 100% payback of all tournament entry fees. Of the $135 entry fee, $110 will be paid out in each divisional tournament, and the remaining $25 will be held back and paid out in the Championship tournament. If no fish are caught in a tournament, then teams will get back their entry fee, minus the $25 applied to the Championship.

Additionally, teams may choose to participate in the big fish pool. Teams wishing to participate will pay $65 in addition to the regular $135 entry fee. Participation in the big fish pool is purely OPTIONAL. 100% of this additional $65 per boat will be paid out in two places (70% and 30%) for the two biggest fish boated during the tournament. This option is designed soley to cater to those teams wishing to pay a little bit more and compete for some extra prize money.

This is a well run trail. Gene Smith and Luke Sparks did an excellent job last year. We are really looking forward to the kick off event this year.
