Does anyone know if there will be a lure show in New London this year?

This is one show that we really wanted to attend this year, however, it is $5 per child! For my husband, myself, and our kids, ages 12, 11, 9, 9, it is $34 just to get in the door! For a 6 hour show?!! Needless to say, we're not going.

Hats off to the folks at Blaine and the other shows where the kids are free.

I don't have a problem with the $5 per kid fee. I take my son and daughter to a lot of things, but some things, I'd rather they not attend. Muskie shows is one of these things. One, but not both. WHy? Kids are kids, and they get bored easily. When I have one, it isn't too bad. Together, they drive me nuts. And if they drive me nuts, I know they drive others nuts. So I just don't take them.

Not saying your kids will misbehave, or drive you, me, or others nuts, but......Sorry, but there is no gentle way of saying, but maybe that is why the $5 per kid fee.
