| The recent thread about Depthraiders and custom colors, discontinued colors etc. sparked my interest. There were a couple questions about older custom R&H colors that haven't been available for a while. I'm afraid that will continue to be the case. Rollie & Helen's has from time to time had exclusive colors commissioned and when sales eventually die off so does the production of that color. I guess the guys who got those can be happy that they have a rare collectors item. If you are a DR fan or collector etc. you may want to know about the most recent custom color. It is called "Glow Ciscoe". I took a photo but it is difficult to get the whole effect of the bait. Here are the details. The base coat of paint is glow in the dark. This is then overlayed with a silver scale pattern. There is a purple highlight along the side and the back is black. The Depth Raider is available in both straight or jointed models as well as countdowns and you can choose between silent or with rattles.
We are so pleased with this new color that we are also having Drifter do some baits for us in both the Drifter and Maina lines. I've also shot a photo of a Believer in Glow Ciscoe. The Bucher version and Drifter versions are quite close. Sorry I'm not a better shutterbug.

| We will have some on the Bucher display but if you want something in particular call the shop and we can be sure to bring it. If you decide not to take it no problem. We have three shows going on next weekend so product is getting stretched pretty thin. I won't be in the shop Monday or Tuesday but call up and tell one of the guys what you'd like to see and we'll pack it. |
