Just curious if anyone has seen these before and/or used them. Not sure if the guy makes tham anymore or not. Got them from Dads Shad. I don't think he ever did get into selling these to muskie fishermen. I think his big market was for bass. Nice concept though for muskeis IMO. I assume he made the bodies? If not, anyone know who makes them?

James

muskyme,
Does he still make them? His website does not come up anymore. I was going to shoot him an email and tell him to send Rollie and/or Thorne one of his models. Everyone seems to be looking for something different and these woudl qualify as different IMO. I have a smaller 10-12" model taht has the quad buzzz blades but with the clickers on the front. Love that one! Single hook and I added a trailer to it that sits right in the middle of the twin tail grub body he used. That one is going to get some time in Canada this year just off the lilly pads.

Don't feel like you'll be getting any of those from Dad's Shad. It seems as though after a bit of trouble he has disappeared.

Really an interesting looking bait and from what I can see they're very well built, heavy wire, etc.

I had a couple of those at one point and they were awesome baits. Not sure why he stopped on Ebay - they were well built and well worth the money.

I have a couple of the spinnerbaits with the body if anyone is interested. They are in excellent shape. Drop a line if interested, Dave.

triton1, I have a new one on eBay right now. If you have an account go to the auction and "watch item". Search "Quad Buzz Bait " and that should get you to my auction. Will give you an idea of what the eBay fishign community is willing to pay for them. I have a few of these and have my favorites in my box. Just don't have room for all of my baits. Just bought 5 glide baits from Supermuskie and a few more Novak baits that I need to make room for The only down side to the Dads Shads are the size. I have big baits but these are big and wide due to the quad buzz blades on them. Made room for two in my box though... I have a big Creepenstein that makes about as much racket as these do. No other baits in my box make noise like these though.
