Location: Athens, Ohio | Nothing in my 'inbox', I guess I didn't win the Lax Repro drawing?
And nothing in my mailbox, so I guess I didn't win the Okuma reel drawing from a couple weeks ago.
Why do you all run these great contests then keep the winners so secret? m

Location: Stevens Point, WI | I don't believe that stuff is being announced until the Milwaukee show that is next weekend! Dates are February 9,10,11. That's at least how I understand it or thought it was.

| unfortunately for you, the winner of the Okuma reels was someone else.
the winners were drawn at the Chicago show (as we widely posted...there's even pictures of it happening in the Chicago show album), one winner was present and took their reel and the other has been contacted via email.
as has been posted since 1/22/07 in the Lax Repro contest thread the winner will be drawn at the Milwaukee show next weekend.

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Lambeau has it right. We don't always make a HUGE deal about the winner of a donated product, but we do make a MODERATELY huge deal of it. Follow the threads, watch those that are relevant, and one will see who's the lucky angler winning. The Tri Esox Lure Swap was covered pretty well, best as was possible.
Of course, it's hard to announce a winner for the Lax Reproduction Contest when there isn't one yet...
