Just finished up a batch of Joey swimmers I used for practicing the paint schemes for freshwater Fish. These guys are 4" & 4 1/2". The weight ranges from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 ounces and all are weighted in the chin for the current in the river. Like all my baits they all have VMC X4 hooks 1/0 Rear & 1/0 front. The 4 1/2" baits have 2/0 trebles up front. For those interested The sealer I use is a 60/40 mixture of Linseed oil & Mineral Spirits. Primer is Kilz. All paint is Createx & the finish is Devcon 2 ton Epoxy.
