| I'm pretty new to this and there is so many options out there. I'm kinda lost on where to go this summer. I'm pretty much looking for something in northern minnestoa, or canada with big fish possibilties. I will be running a 91 1775 pro-v tiller this year so water size can be an issue. And also would like somewhere that offers housekeeping plans. Any sugestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks Pete. |

Location: milwaukee | Think about Cass Lake in Northern Minnesota.
15k acres makes it smallish compared to some others, plus smaller waters nearby if you need 'em. Big fish potential (although I've never caught a big one....but it's a great place for the family and their panfishing).
Should be a resort there that meets your needs: www.casslake.com
I'm sure Beaver would have more to add. |

Location: Omaha, Nebraska | I would agree with Cass Lake. Cass Lake has a bunch of small lakes surrounding it that hold muskies too. I know that Break on the Lake Resort has house keeping. I would also suggest hiring Brian Jones for a day.

| There's nowhere in Canada you can't fish out of a seventeen foot boat. |

Location: Minneapolis,Minnesota | Personally I would go to the Woods, but Cass Lake is also a good suggestion. Call Steve at Break on the Lake resort, top notch resort. Brian Jones will also be able to put you on fish, worth the money because Cass can be a tough nut.

Location: New Berlin,Wisconsin,53151 | Cass is a sewer............theres no fish in that lake. Look at all the guides from that area they all go to Leech or head North to LOTW's. I would spend then little extra and head to the Angle, Frank Walsh place offers some great fishing and guide service. Check out last weeks chat from Wednesday you will enjoy the reading.
