Location: WV | Looked and couldn't find post about mounting down east bolt on, on transom, not being wide enough opening............if you only need about 1/4 to 1/8 inch more,,,,,,,,remove nipple from end of thread...........gives you 2.49" opening.........this might be what you need..............did this on my last boat,,,,,,,,,,,crestliner 1750 fish hawk........JW | |

Check out these aluminum tracks from Pursuit Sports. They provided me with some custom mounts and I have 4 Down Easters that I can mount anywhere on the tracks (I chose the 48 inchers)..... rigged on my Crestliner Fish Hawk 1750.
The nice thing about the tracks is that you can remove the rod holders anytime and then replace the plastic track inserts.

have 8-6" tite lok tracks on my boat
I WILL BE AT OHIO MUSKIE SHOW selling down east rod holders and Tite Lok systems at my booth, WILLEY'S BUCKTAILS, JW

Location: Columbus, Georgia | Here you can see the Pursuit tracks on my Crestliner with the plastic inserts. You simply pull out the inserts and slide in the Down Easters anywhere you wish, and tighten the levers on the mounts.
