| there is a glue out now made by Elmers called "ultimate" Roger watters turned me onto the stuff, I highly recommend it! you can glue friggin rocks together.... enough said, its like $3 for a 2.5oz bottle, I dont think you need to scuff anything with this stuff, its kinda gooyey going on, if you have ever used rhino glue, kinda the same , and in about 24 hours, its is pretty hard-core!
