We have a little change in plans! Iowa DNR rules state that if you have over 6 boats in a group it is considered a fishing contest and must have a permit. If you are attending the MuskieFIRST sponsored outing you MUST also sign up for the MUSKIES INC. tournament as well. Cost is an additional $30.00 for MuskieFIRST members if they sign up through me and you DO NOT have to be a member of MUSKIES INC to fish the tournament.
I have some donated prizes and will be purchasing some more to be given away at the outing. The prizes will NOT be for catching fish but given away off the water for misc. contests we will hold (IE: Draw a picture of what you think Sponge Bob looks like...I'm joking) Thank you for understanding and if this changes anyones plans please let me know.

We may be fishing 6 guys to a boat the way it looks. By the by Treats said he couldn't commit because he didn't know if you were fishing with him or not. Maybe some of us will be shore sitting. Spongee, sure you don't want to come up.

| One of our members submitted a piece on the forage base at the Heartland Conference -- First Vist on muskiesonline. I added some general info on the lake and stocking program. It may be similar to what our biologist sent as my info came from him.
If you have specifics you need addressed, feel free to contact me. Many of our members do not regularly monitor the boards as much as Bob and I do.
