| Did anyone purchase one of the new Bull Dawg Rods that were at the show this weekend? I was thinking on getting one in Milwaukee but wanted to know what others thought of the rods. I need a rod to handle Mag Dawgs and was considering going this route. Also, what reels do you guys like for the Mag Dawgs? Is it a good idea to go to the 7000 series type reel for these?

Location: Ft. Wayne, Indiana | The bulldawg rods are nice if you want to pay $180, but if you are just throwing a mag dawg and not a pounder you can get away with a much cheaper rod, but the ulldawg rods were pretty nice. It really is going to come down to what you want.
