Location: Palm Coast, FL | I have a 4-bank Dual Pro Se charger. One set of the led lights for one bank are not coming on. Is this a simple fix or something that has to be sent in? Or should I buy a new one?

| Perhaps that battery is completely discharged? Put a manual charge on it for several hours, and then connect up the on-board and see if it works then. |

Location: Palm Coast, FL | When there is no battery connected the led lights flash. The particular bank that is not working has no lights at all...new battery or no battery. |
