So why did you settle for that size if your garage can handle more?
Lets break that bad boy in this weekend.............Maybe DePere? The walleyes are out of control from what I just been told. Major numbers and some big girls too boot. Lets go!!! |

Thats awesome man, looks like Pewaukee next opening day is going to see some new sparkle flying around.
I did get a set of body armor and the daughter picked out a perch color softtail Invader with an orange belly for me. That girl is going to make some fisherman real happy one of these days...to bad Joel. My niece picked ou the Sportmans gift card, she's a keeper too. |

| That green ball is for Blue. It is truly indestructable! She clomps onto it, and I can swing her around in circles til I get dizzy! Plus, she can't chew it into a zillion pieces. The garage door opener was new two years ago.
Mike, I could have went to the 2060, and I wouldn't even have to put the motor through the living room wall! Actually, the boat will be on the other side soon, and I'll have 2' less room. No bowmount yet, so it would be hard to fish Depere, unless we trolled.
And, yes. Pewaukee will have some additional sparkle come the opener. |

Location: Contrarian Island | holy crap EA ...6 days guided? you better hook into a big fatty with all that time on the water! just one word of advice...don't be like some other fishermen we all know and not listen to what the guide says to throw.......don't throw a glider if they say don't throw a glider!!! having fished w/ you though I do know you listen pretty well....
I got a Gander gift card I'm sure I will find a way to blow on musky stuff....

| Yessir, all 6 days! A season's worth of guide trips all packed into one week!
Having learned everything I know from fishing with guides, I can say two things for sure:
1. If they make a suggestion it's for a reason, and that reason is because they know it works.
2. If I saved all the money I ever spent on guides I could buy a boat like Shep's!

| Off topic advice:
Mike, this is something I did that totally saved me:
When I graduated and got a job I was used to being broke anyway, so I pretended I was still broke and sent $1,000/month to pay off my student loans. I still had more money than when I was in college, and before I knew it (ok it took a couple years) my loans were all paid off. Best thing I ever did! I have friends still making that $200/month payment on top of car loans, mortgages, kids, etc. Add up what you pay over the life of the loan and it's WAY better to be poor a couple years longer!

| All seriousness here, one of the coolest gifts I've gotten in a long time is a Foto Frame. It's a 5" LCD that will slide show pictures from a memory card, or you can load them from your PC. I loaded mine with musky, walleye, and whitetail porn. |

That's alright, as long as you keep her as a boat partner and let me know when you're on the water, I'll be happy.
I got some gift certificates and cash. And got to watch my daughter beat some of her presents as the hand control isn't quite there yet to rip them open. I think my wife had more fun shopping for her. You know, I could have gotten nothing and been happy for chirstmas after watching her. Got some awesome pictures too.

EDIT: Found one for $81 shipped.

Location: Ontario, California | A new 6 Megapixel digital camera. The wife saw the pictures I blew up to 8.5 x 11 of my two largest Muskies this year. She said they weren't clear enough. She said this camera should be a lot better than the dinasaur I bought 5 years ago.
She also got me the shirt I have been looking for... "One day they'll name a lure after me". The shirt fits my big ego.
The best thing that Santa brought was all the toys that made my daughter so happy. |

| Spent last weekend at the Mom-in-law's. It was our late X-mas with her. The kids got PS2 games and clothes. I got a pretty cool binocular/digital camera set. Simmons. This looks to be a pretty cool deal, too. Now that I have decided to take up bowhunting again, I think this will be a nice addition to my good Nikon Binocs I use for scouting.
Oh, and the neck roast we had from the deer Eric shot there in Dec was oh, so good! |

Location: north central wisconsin | Snax, thanks!! I might send the original if I can even figure out how I reduced it to get it here..... The camera was a Christmas present too, and might just have too many features for me(water proof to 10', shock proff to 5', 7.1 mp), as I just want something simple that takes really good shots.
Brad, is that why the pool boy has been stopping over alot? We don't even have a pool.
