Many people on Muskiefirst, myself included, have had great experiences with the rods they've gotten from Professional Edge.
Professional Edge's main focus is fishing rods, and you can have your custom muskie stick built on a variety of blanks, including Diamondback, G Loomis, Lamiglas, and St. Croix (Premier, Avid, or even the new blue Tournament series blanks!). It's just a wish, a dream I'm told
From days when I was young
Merry Christmas, little Zachary
Merry Christmas, everyone

It seems so long since I could say,
"Sister Susie sitting on a thistle!"
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
if I could only whistle (thhhh)

Ho, ho, ho!
Who wouldn't go!
Ho, ho, ho!
Who wouldn't go!
4.
Where the treetops glisten
and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow.
5.
A star, a star, dancing in the night
With a tail as big as a kite
6.
rum pum pum pum
rum pum pum pum
7.
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire
Jack Frost nipping at your nose
Yule-tide carols being sung by a choir
And folks dressed up like Eskimos.
8.
Giddy yap, giddy yap, giddy yap,
let's go, Let's look at the show
9.
She'd been drinking too much eggnog,
and we begged her not to go.
But she forgot her medication, and she
staggered out the door into the snow.
10.
Next year I'll be going straight;
Next year I'll be good, just wait
I'd start now, but it's too late;
Somebody snitched on me.

No crocodiles, no rhinosaurus
I only likes hippopotamuses
And hippopotamuses like me, too
12.
Thumpetty thump thump
thumpety thump thump
Over the hills of snow

Though I did not know the language
The song was Silent Night
Then I heard my buddy whisper
"All is calm, all is bright"

In the meadow we can build a snowman, then pretend that he is Parson Brown.
He'll say "Are you married?" We'll say "No Man, but you can do the job when you're in town."

Given the choice between the two of you
I'd take the seasick crockodile.

1st Place: Mike Bolinski (PointerPride102)
8'0" heavy action rod custom built on Diamondback blank with harloy guides, choice of wrap color.
150 yard spool of 80lb Cortland Bronzeback superline.
he won by submitting a 100% correct set of answers! good job and congratulations!
2nd Place: Ken Auz (muskyhunter63)
7'6" heavy action Cortland Endurance rod with lifetime warranty
150 yard spool of 80lb Cortland Bronzeback superline
he took second by submitting a 100% correct set of answers...but it took him 3 tries as he sent a couple of follow-up emails "tweaking" his answers.
3rd Place: Al Warner (Esox Maniac)
this entry was also very good except that he mixed up the order on two of the song titles (#s 6 and 7)
4th Place: Jeff Lietz (esoxaddict)
another solid effort except for one song title slightly mis-named and incorrect information about one of the bonus questions. (ie., Boris Karloff played Frankenstein, it was Mary Shelley who created him.)

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Congratulations Pointer, what a great Christmas gift that will be! Whatever you do, keep that rod away from me cause I can't afford a new rod like that! Being a college student is worse enough. But congrats to the winners. | |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Congrats Pointer, Just for the record, the "tweeking" I did was correcting my spelling of Kellogg's and when I saw the devils in the details comment, I added the William Henry Pratt. Knowing what it is like with two kids of my own in college, I am confident you will put the rod to good use and use your money to get that education. Had fun with this. Keep up with the contests. Learned a lot about rod building but still can't carry a tune even with a Christmas song.

Location: Hayward, WI | Way to go guys! Sure can't beat Christmas presents like that. The only down side is you'll have to stare at those rods for 5 months before you get a chance to use them. Not a bad problem to have though.

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Hey- Mike! I forgot to wish a special very Merry Christmas specifically to you and your family. It's outstanding integrity on your parent's and your part that your don't have a free ride. I didn't either & neither does my daughter. You will appreciate it much more in the future. In the coming year if I'm in the area and you need a space on ESOX Maniac, it's always open to you. Of course I may eyeball that Professional Edge Rod! Have a wonderful Christmas- God Bless! Study hard in 2007. Your Pa may be kickin your butt after he see's you blew off studies for a fishin' rod contest- Have fun!
Merry Christmas!
