Does anyone know how well the Ranger Reata hull handles big water?

I bought the 1850 last spring and fished Mille Lacs, Leech, etc. and was very pleased with its performance....I'd be happy to answer any more specific questions you might have.

Reata Hull is fantastic in large water. Consumers liked it so much that Ranger has a new line called the ANGLER. this is a Reata hull with a Fisherman topdeck and at the pricepoint of the reata. This boat is fantastic. With 3 people in the boat and a 150 yamaha 4=stroke this thing tops out around 55 mph. not bad for a mid 30's glass boat. availabel in 17' 6"and 18' 6"

Actually the 1860 Angler was what I was really interested in and it has the Reata hull but nobody has an Angler yet. It has snuck onto my short list with the Tuffy Osprey.

Crystal Pierz has two on display in Rogers MN. If you want I will take a couple snap shots and send them to you.

Thanks for the offer. That would be great if it isn't much trouble but don't go out of your way. I have seen a few pics.

bobski, I believe Pamp's has one in their showroom and the 1760 should be in next week.
