Wondering if anyone has stripped either of these down to know where and how they are weighted? I don''t own either one, but I am assuming they probably sink slowly at rest? I am getting ready to start mass producing the "Tahquamenon River Shocker" jerkbait line, available for $80 a pop or so (just kidding).

DO THEY SINK, SUSPEND, FLOAT, WHAT???? Thanks

I`ve got a few of the Cobbs Crazy Shads, and no two of them seem to be the same. Out of 5 of them, 3 sink very slowly, one sinks a little faster, and one actually cuts a wake when I use it. That one does sink a little, but it tends to come to the surface when I start to work it. I`ve never taken one apart so I can`t help you out on the weight positioning. All I know is that anything that is made by Cobbs seems to catch fish for me. Beav
