I have been fishing creatures for a long time now (30 years) and have always lived by the motto, "any color is good as long as it's black".

To Steve Worrall and others, looking back at old posts I see that you picture a lot of yellow creatures. Obvoiusly, they work for you.

Does the yellow work better at a particular time of the year, a particular water clarity, etc, etc ?

Thank you,
sworrall

Yellow is a great clear water dark day, or dark water anytime color. Walleyes love yellow soft plastic, and muskies do too.

I know Jeff Hanson, a guide in Madison, has caught a lot of muskies on yellow Big Joes. I saw a presentation where he caught 60 fish in a year on them. Not necessarily a creature but yellow can be a good color.
