OK, Beav stepped up and made a ton of Special Perkas for the Presque Isle Outing. Not many sold because of the setup there, just the way things were, no one's fault, yet the largest fish caught that weekend was a Perka fish, on an OUTING Perka, too. We need to make these baits go to anglers across the country. The Perka is a VERY high quality bait, and you NEED a couple, at least.

I have a bunch for sale. Here's the deal:

Buy one, it's $30.00 plus shipping.

Buy two, it's $60.00, and shipping is free.

Buy three, and you will be entered into a drawing running until the second week December for a free weekend at the Hideout, venison on the grill, and a Saturday evening on Lake George with me. Cost for three including shipping is $80.00.

I will shoot the lures and get them posted in the next couple days.

Step up. Don't make me yell.

Guys,
These baits are awesome. The action is something that is hard to match. If money wasn't so tight right now I'd be all over this deal. Plus Beav is a standup guy and I honestly believe he makes the best jerkbaits.

Not too heavy and great action. Custom weighted for deeper running or the almost neutral for the hang time. I have tossed all of Beavers bait and they will cover shallow to very deep. Glide like champs and shimmy when they sink. Great baits with quality being number one on his list. I had the whole box all the way up to PI and never opened it. Wow was that tempting to pick through all those baits. BUT I had control !!!

Great baits for sure..............

Alright I can't pass this up. Never been up in steve's neck of the woods and looking for a reason to meet the man and make a trip (1st time) to his state. I'll take three.
I'll try and explain which ones as easy as I can.
Top Picture - 1st row, 2nd from last bait on right
Bottom picture - Black/White 5th bait over
Bottom Picture - Blue/Silver one - 2nd from last bait

Give me a week or so and I'll send ya a check. And I hope I win this weekend at your place. I would love to hit lake george with ya.

Sure, I'm a Gamblin man, put me in for three and the drawing. A heavy and two regulars if you please; since Shawn got the shad looking one, I'll take what colors you choose for me, Steve. Thanks so much for the opportunity of this fine offer. Beav makes some of the best in the business, m

"God bless us every one."
Is it the Christmas rush already? It all started with a "Nemo" with a name on it.
I still can't make a business out of it, because I just can't produce enough, but I appreciate the kind words and the e-mails and pictures. It's nice to see fish with something you made hanging out of their mouths....no, I don't mean my kid.
The picture Koepe put up is a bunch of Perkettes, smaller brother of the Perka.
I made a body change to the Perka with the help of the guy who makes my blanks, and that is the way it is going to stay. The change in weighting kept the same action, and doing a heavy model seems to have pleased some guys.
I was hoping to make some Perkettes and some Panfish shaped lures, but I don't know if I'll have the time. My goal is to make them for muskiefirst, and will put "muskiefirst" on the top of all of the new ones. You can still request colors and the anglers name for Christmas, but it will be cutting it close. The naming option is always available, but you have to get to me before I do any clear coat. That is why I always try to post pics before I clear.
The only thing holding me back is my back. Some days I can get some work done, other days I'm lucky to get the dishes done.
Watch for all of my bow-hunting stuff on the buy/sell/trade board. Itried last week, but lost.
Hunched over a bench in the garage is where I belong I guess.
Thanks again guys. Wish I could have got them up there before the outing, then everybody could have caught a "Rumblefish".
Slamr bought 7 of them for Hanuka
