I'm just an Average Joe Fisherman. I don't make baits, don't own a resort, and don't have a guide service. I was thinking "how does the Average Joe/Jo help someone for a benefit?" Could I buy into a auction item? Yes. I was going through my lures for the fall and thought of something where I could help too. I have plenty of lures that are new or "like-new" that I don't use. Could I sell them on this board? Yes. Could I sell them at a Swap Meet? Yes. Could I donate them to a good cause? YES!

So here goes....How the Average Joe/Jo Fisherperson Can Help:

We will offer a "Lot" of all the baits that you'd like to donate to the Debbie Breyer Auction Benefit. I don't want a lure that has been thrown for two years, let's try to keep this to new or "like-new" baits.

When the benefit auction starts, we will offer the entire "Lot" as a High Bid Receives It All.

I will cover the shipping to the winner. You just have to get me the baits, and I'll take a picture of them and update the thread with what we are offerring.

I know you have a bait or two that you are not using and someone else might. If you are an Average Joe like me, maybe you'd like to help out too.

Here's a link to the story of Debbie's battle, glad to hear she made it home! http://muskie.outdoorsfirst.com/board/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=28...

PM for specifics.

The first offerrings- (1) Cisco Kid, (2) Undertakers, and (1) Bobbie Bait

I have received a few PM's for contributions already. If you'd like to donate something, PM me and when I receive the baits, I'll update the thread.

A little more time left before the Benefit to donate a lure or two to the "high bidder gets it all" lot.

Merry Christmas to all...........
