| I'm looking for some good pix showing the teeth that these muskies have. If you've taken any that show a close up of the teeth and mouths that you can post...please do.
I've got quite a few...but none that are truely good to show the detail...
Thanks... |

| Great pix so far! There's gotta be more....
That top pic of Sorno's is awesome! Great action/motion shot. I think I should get that one blown up big and have it made into a sign to put at the end of our pier to keep the trespassers from swimming off of our pier! LOL! |

Hey Mack,
What are you using them for?
As of right now...just simply education.
I've got a lot of friends and family that don't know these fish and what they're about. These people have never had any exposure to these fish nor have ever been on a lake with them swimming around.
When I talk to these people and describe the fish...it's hard for them to truely understrand what I'm talking about. They don't believe me about the teeth. Just thought I'd show them a few of these good pix to help them understand. They think of fish with teeth as I describe would only be salt water fish.
However....in all honesty..we do have a problem with people tresspassing on our pier up at our lake. We have one of the biggest piers on the lake and people like to think it's public property, which it's not, it's private property and we do have signs posted stating so. But, it'd be fun to use some of these pix on a sign to let them know what's swimming off the end of the pier...just for fun. LOL!
I'm not taking these and running to press or anything....being they're all low-res quality and all.
Moreso...just for fun and for the sake of seeing cool pix...to see what other kinds of pix people are taking out there on the water with their fish other than the full body shots....seeing what kind of creativity is out there among the fishermen/women...

Location: Hoboken, NJ / North Webster, IN | Didn't think you were stealing 'em or anything, just curious. I know what you mean. First thing people that don't fish freak out about is the size of the muskie, second thing is the teeth they can't believe....3rd is that it comes from freshwater.
I'm a photographer by trade, so I try and take some interesting photos when I'm fishing......2nd only to looking out for the fish's safety first. Here's a few kind of different ones then the norm, and another teeth photo I found....

Location: Hoboken, NJ / North Webster, IN | Hey Don...
The bait is a bettencourt bluegill from Bettencourt baits. Nathan Bettencourt is a super nice guy, I found his other lure, his most famous(well, recognizable) one, "The Rodent" online and bought it for my father a while back. Which I have to say has been one of the more efficient lures my father has ever used. He's caught 4 'ski on it in maybe a total of 6 hours of throwing it. I don't know him personally, but have now ordered probalby 4-5 baits from him and he's always been great. Not cheap, but gorgeous.
Here is a link to his website....
