Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		We usually establish that in December. I'm first on the schedule, I believe.

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs		The schedule is usually set in December, and traditionally starts after New Years.

And no, its not set yet. But, it's on mine and Lambeau's list of things to do.
