Haven't seen a wooden one since the late 70's. I think they were Jakes protos. Don't remember any wooden ones for sale. Even his first ones were plastic and made in Ohio.
They came in the rectangular plastic boxes.
A wooden original grandma would be big medicine though.......... PS |

| Here are a couple 9 inch old style composites with the "grandma" on the lip next to what I think are old 13"ers. This is why I asked for comparison photos.

| In one off the last musky hunters is an artikel obout big baits,
they refer to the wooden 13"grandma's and the four hook design. Which is changed into three hooks and a plastic lure to make them more widely useable.

| I agree with Northern. Those look like the older 13 inchers to me. It was the last MH they were talking about that bait. |
