We have a little snow on the ground in Bemidji. Very heavy winds today with highs in the upper 20's. Leaving for the lake in 15 minutes.

I drove through a bunch of snow all the way across the Minnesota yesterday, but the most I saw on the ground was an inch. Wind and COLD are the big story, it was blowing 30MPH and was 25 degrees for the Opening Ceremonies at the In Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail Championship in Bismarck, ND this morning. That same weather is in N MN now.

Check the 'real time' weather conditions on Lake Vermilion via the EagleEye camera.

The lakes' back there somewhere.
