| dont know about most of you, but, if you remember last year, things got a little hard around deer hunting, as in, ice getting in the way of your boat, lets slow it down a bit, have a gradual transition into winter. I dont like chipping ice for 4 hours to fish for 3.

Location: On your favorite spot | LOL - Took a new fisherman out on Mille Lacs yesterday (maybe not the best call I've ever made). He talked to a lady from the DNR at the boat ramp who was educating fisherman on zebra mussels and milfoil. She said we were crazy for going out and that she had talked to 2 other musky boats that hadn't seen anything. She talked about how windy it was, like we hadn't noticed.
Well I said ok and went ahead and launched the boat. She really must have got inside his head because he started freaking out the minute we got out there. 3 casts, turn around, and head back home. Great day of fishing. |

Location: Eagle River, Alaska | You guys need to grab the suntan lotion and head to Alaska.......two days ago it was 67 degrees......haven't had a hint of snow yet. Somehow you guys must be in a global cooling area and Alaska is in a global warming area......is that right?
