Location: Brookfield, WI | Not a chicken, a chick in. A woman. I think it's nice to have a female in the boat. A good one to have in the boat with you is Nikki Golden. She's a gem. Smart, cute, well read. I was lucky enough to do a little fishing with her yesterday. At the end of the day we just sat and talked in the back of the boat for a bit. Absolutely one of the very best days I've had on the water. I think it would be great to always have a woman like Nikki in the boat. You guys that don't fish with a female every now and then are just stupid. It definitely makes fishing a lot more fun.
Her husband seemed nice, too. He was handy to have around because he really seemed to know how to do a lot of stuff that must be important. He drove the boat, looked at little computer screens, dangled hooked fish over the side, told us what we needed to do, etc. I guess you could call him the Captain of the boat, but he didn't exert his power in a William Bligh sort of way. He was quite a pleasant fellow, overall. I wish I could remember his first name.
Thanks to Nikki and her husband for taking me fishing. I really enjoyed the day.
