Location: 31 | Hello all,
Several months have now passed since the Hall chose to remain “on the wrong side of history” by voting to uphold the Spray record in spite of overwhelming evidence and enormous public pressure to the contrary. Nevertheless, as a result of our research the vast majority of the general public has been able to embrace the unfortunate truth about the Spray record. Suffice it to say that we consider this widespread acceptance of far greater consequence than the unfortunate actions of a biased few. In the meantime, work continues on the Johnson and O’Brien authentication processes per the WRMA original promise.
So…whatever happened to the CBS News Sunday Morning episode?
Although we were somewhat disappointed the show had not yet aired, the WRMA is proud to announce that we have recently received an email and a personal phone call by a CBS official assuring us that the program will air sometime during the CBS News Sunday Morning program on Sunday, October 8, 2006 beginning, at 8 a.m. CST.
This installment has correspondent Bill Geist interviewing WRMA President Rich Delaney, Chicago Sun-Times Writer Dale Bowman, Spence Petros, University of Minnesota Professor Dr. Douglas Arnold and others.
From the CBS News Sunday Morning Program Guide:
"After which, it’s Bill Geist’s turn to head out into the heartland. He’ll be visiting Wisconsin – and, trust us, there’s something VERY fishy about the story he’s discovered in the depths of a small town lake."
