Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | How did the Muskies treat you this weekend? The Gerrits' Lakeview Inn Kevin Worrall memorial was a complete success, THANKS to everyone who attended, competed, and donated! I even got to judge Slamr's sixth place fish. The Hideout was busy this weekend, with TJ, Slamr, Lambeau, Winston, and a few hour visit by First Six Feet. FSF popped a good one this afternoon about 2 PM on a Top Raider in the slop on one of the dark water lakes here in Rhinelander.

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Fished Big Arb all day on Saturday, very tough after the front but I still managed to pull in an upper 20's dink after not even having a follow for over seven hours on the water. I tried grinding the slop with spinnerbaits and tossing gliders and jerks as well as cranks on the deeper weed edges, then I totally changed tactics and started burning a small chart/purple Slippery Sam Jr. and popped that fish and had a few other follows including a couple low forties fish. No topwater action either in the evening. I talked to a couple other boats there and they echoed the same results with one 37" fish boated. |

Location: oswego, il | Seen 5, one was hot another took a swipe. Conditions were bright and calm. My buddy Tony had action from 12 fish and got a 38 which I netted without any wardrobe failures! Went to take out my camera and seen that it is broke! Still fun to be on the water though. |

Location: Greenfield, WI | We fished on North Twin part of the day on Friday due to thunderstorms, Saturday, and early Sunday morning. We saw 12 but nothing legal in the boat from a muskie standpoint. We boated a couple of undersized muskies and a couple of largemouth bass on Dog House Bucktails.
The water temperature dropped from 71 to 61 with strong NE winds all weekend!
There was a tourney on the lake with 90 fishermen on Saturday and Sunday. There were only 6 fish caught, all on early Saturday morning.
It still was a great weekend! |

Location: The desert | Fished a local lake and managed one follow on a Violent Strike Spinner bait....thought it was maybe going to eat it, but apparently it had other plans. Was a decent fish, upper 30's low 40's I would say. Nothing else seen. Was a cold windy day with clear skies for the most part.

| Fished Polk Co. WI on Saturday and boated a 40" at about 6:30 a.m, saw two other fish and then around 10:00 a.m hooked into another one but lost it about half-way to the boat. Both on Silver and Black Silly girls!

Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Boated 3 mid-upper 30's Friday night between 8:10-8:40 pm ripping cranks on the shallow side of a breakline. Had one other blow up on a T-Raider, and another bump a Jake but bump was all it did.
Got one low 40's in the boat Sat. evening and saw a few more.
Sunday saw a couple on topwater and that was it.
Steve V., one of the fish (40") in the Twin tourney was caught at 2:00 pm Sat. afternoon. My inlaws were in the tourney, and one of the guys staying at our cabin caught the fish. They also got an undersized fish, and missed a couple more. Word is Big Joe's were the ticket. No big suprise there. |
