My fav is the baitfish that are in the lake I am fishing and I do like some crazy colors and firetigers too. But mathing the baitfish for me is number one. For pike in Canada I have had my most luck on Perch Suicks though.

Yeah I bet matrix does work. how can you beat chartureus for a productive color. Still perch has never let me down either.

Believe me...in times of need Matrix always does the trick...ALWAYS. I am a big fan of naturals too but somehow this pattern is a big winner. I have ordered several different types of lures (jerks, topwaters, cranks etc) with this colorpattern and no matter what type of lure I use this color delivers me the fish.

So you could say this pattern is a big confidence builder!
