This is a HUGE fish.

Found this photo this morning....

Old school for sure, yet the musky is simply huge!!!

Anybody know where this fish came from........... I know!!!!!!

After a few guesses I will give the answer.

Hit the "Zoom Minus" button to get a better sized photo.

A fish of that size could only come out of the Fox Chain.

And may I be struck down if that guess is accurate!

Well it’s too big of a fish to be from Wisconsin...although the backdrop looks a little Wisc like? Could be NW Angle Inlet.... Could be East Georgian Bay area...Could be Walker area although it’s hard to tell from the picture but it looks more like a Wisconsin strain fish?

My Guesses:

1. Turtle Flambeau Flowage
2. Day
3. NW Angle
4. Deer (Polk County)
5. Apple River

Is that Worrall from "back in the day"?!?!?!

Otherwise, I have absolutely no credible guess whatsoever about where that is.

The fish came from Ohio. The guys in the photo are wearing Ohio Huskie Muskie hats. 53"-54" out of Lake Milton. Early 80's. Hell of a Ohio fish, easily 45 lbs, which is huge for southern muskies.

Muskies have been in the Mississippi River and connecting lakes (Cass,Leech,Etc) since way before that picture was taken.

My guess would have been it was from Coolsideburnsville, VA. but now we know it's from Ohio.

I was gonna say the pic was taken in Virginia about 4 days ago, on the New River. I think I seen those guys at Wal-mart buying nightcrawlers and a case of PBR.

That is a Huge fish. Ohio hats for sure!! Probably Pymatuning in its heyday, which was 70's.
But who knows, other ohio lakes had monsters too, but probably the tune!
Maybe it will come back all the way before i kick!!
Redspot took quite a toll on it, and the killers, of course.

I think Im gonna get chops like that tatooed on my face. That's how cool THOSE are. Reminds me of "3000 Miles to Graceland" Kevin Kostner, Kurt Russell and the gang.

It is definatly Lake Milton. It is the only lake that has reeds like that in ohio that I have seen and I got a 50.5 from the same spot. Two summers ago a guy got a upper 40lbs fish frm the same area. Ohio only stocks Milton with surplus muskies and with potential like that why not stock it every year.

Look at the size of his right hand! Is that guy part gorilla or what? He could palm a yoga ball with those things.
