| I use a Uni-knot mostly, but I have also used a plain old clinch knot. I always use a nail in a board to put the snap od swiel on to tighten. Moisten the line before tightening, and pull hard. Some will use a longer board, and strectch the leader when it's done to make sure the knot is set. I haven't had to do this. Others also use superglue to make sure the knot doesn't loosen. I haven't had to do this, either.

Location: Racine, Wi | These work excellent. Never had any problems with the knots, and I don't use superglue for the most part to secure either. Very easy to use.

| I use the UNI-knot also, 4 loops with 100lb test and you are solid! dont need any glue either. maybe a little spit or water to cynch it down, but they hold strong. |

| Is a nail knot the same as a uni knot? They look the same in the book I looked at.
Thanks,
