Subject: Mille Lacs Report from last night....





Location: Contrarian Island		The Sledster and I hopped in with Steve Jonesi last nite on Mille Lacs to hit it for 5 hours...Jonesi hadn't put a fish in the boat in a couple days so he was ready to stick something...Well with moonset just after 10pm we all knew we were just warming up our casting muscles for the 10pm bite...
sure enough...10:05 I had this little fishy eat on the first turn of the 8...
one pic, back in, Steve makes one or 2 casts and he gets a nice 43.5...
Too bad those Double X's work....my forearms and shoulders are feeling it....

Steve is moving some big fish up there...if you are looking to get a chance at a MN ski...give him a call asap.
