Location: Madison, WI | I have transducer mounted on my trolling motor and this year have been having problems with the auto pilot not working when the locater is turned on. While playing around with it on Saturday I noticed that if I lift the motor about 3/4 way up the autopilot seems to work. Of course the trolling motor prop is no longer in the water at this point so it is not a fix. I did not have this problem in past years. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
