Location: Brookfield, WI | I'm playing golf today in a big golf outing that benefits MS. Every time I load my driver at the top, I will pretend I'm loading up one of my Diamondbacks to throw a musky bait. This will be the first time with a club in my hands since last fall. In honor of my new hobby, I will be wearing my M1st hat in lieu of my Titleist headgear. If i hit the ball well, it will be interesting to see how much pull the game will have on me psychologically.

| traitor! you know you'll only be hitting the ball closer to the rough, hence working the weed edges, and prolly venturing over to the water hazards for a look to see whats swimming around, good luck with that! |

Location: Racine, Wi | Kev, throw a Topraider on one of your D Backs and put that dude in your bag. Then hit a ball close to the water, and take a few casts. Or you could thow some baits behind the cart and pretend that you're trolling. I hear there's a good gopher bite this time of year. Keep the speeds around 5.7 mph for those. |

Bear in mind that they are the same folks that invented bagpipes and called it music!
If you hit a ball and it goes to the left - it’s a hook. If you hit a ball and goes to the right, that's a slice. If you hit a ball and it goes straight - THAT'S A MIRACLE!

| Ah, yes, Cow pasture pool. The game you love to hate, and hate to love. I still get in a round or two every year. Not nearly as much as I did when I was younger. You'll probably smoke the front nine, and then fall off quick on the back nine. That's usually how it goes for me when I have a long layoff.
I need a new set of clubs. Big time golfer like you get any deals? Lemme know.

Location: Girdwood, Alaska | Musky fishing will mess with your golf swing a little bit.... seriously...lol. After I haven't played golf for a while and I get used to casting all day long, at the start of the downswing I will tend to make somewhat of a casting motion. This will cause the swing path to be out-to-in, and therefore either causing pulls or slices. So moral of the story is.... blame your slice on musky fishing, works every time.  |

Location: The desert | Dont let go of the club when you think you should release the spool to cast....gauranteed your hands will get confused between golf and fishing! Golf is a good way to elevate blood pressure and build up stress.....a good reason to go out musky fishing!

Johnny Carson to a famous golfer's wife on the Tonight Show years ago, " Well, I bet THAT makes his putter flutter!"
Muskie fishing makes MUCH more sense, you have line tied to the object you make go away, and bring it back, then repeat, and one doesn't have to pay a bunch of money to walk all over someone elses fancy lawn to get that done. |

Location: Brookfield, WI | The golf was a partial success. Hit some god shots, hit some bad shots. It was nice to know I still have a few in me. It didn't make me want to play everyday like I used to want to. Still looking forward to Eagle where the big fish swim.
