Subject: Kicker Motor on Esox Mag?





Does anyone know if it is possible to place a kicker motor on a mid 90's Tuffy Esox Magnum C. Can it just be mounted on or are any special brackets needed or is it just not an option. Thanks for the help

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		I wouldn't use more than about a 6, just because you don't need much on that rig. The new 9.9 Pro Kicker from Merc is light and nice too. If you mount a kicker on the boat, make sure you bolt it on if you intend to run really rough water. There should be plates on both sides.

Thanks for the info. Are the plates you mentioned already on the transom or would they be something I would need to add?
