I'm excited and really happy to let everyone know that our very own TomyV has asked his girlfriend Stacy to marry him, AND SHE SAID YES!

Andrew and I are looking forward to meeting the soon-to-be-MRS. V over Labor Day weekend, but we know if Tommy chose her, she must be a gem.

Congratulations to them both!!!!

Crash McG

*Did I mention that we were very excited for him?

Todd-
Couldn't have been at gunpoint. Tommy's parole strictly forbids posession of firearms. Of course, it also prohibits any contact with females and he's not supposed to be within 1000 feet of Slamr either...

Conrats Tommy.

Just get married on the lawn of a bar/restaraunt near muskie water where you can invite your friends and they don't have to worry about under dressing. Spend the money usually dedicated to stuff that goes in a picture album and boxes in the attic on a trip to some exotic place (exotic means someplace in Mexico or the like, not Brooklyn or Arlington Heights), or maybe a new boat. Promise each other to remember that every day on this planet is a gift, and that tomorrow may be your last, so fighting over where the big dinner dishes go or who should vacuum the living room or control the stupid TV remote is OUT! No one cares who's 'right' or 'wrong' anyway, and trying to prove either to each other is like trying to hammer in a nail with your foreheads. Might work, but the results are not what anyone hoped for, and in the end, what seems right usually is and arguing with her that she isn't is a monumental waste of energy. Use that energy to make a dessert, and eat it. Good for the endorphins, anywho. Get to the Hideout at least once every year.

There. You now will be deleriously happy as a couple. If not, use nerf bats, the real Mickey Mantle 34 makes nasty bruises.

Seriously, congratulations to you two from Sue and me!!
