Only 2 1/2 more days. Ready to tear up some spinnerbaits. Indian Point Camp here I come! Inspector, where is Lou's Bay located? That offer of a cold one is hard to refuse. If you see me on the lake stop by and say Hi, I will be in this-

I made it out to the 'Goon for one day...AWESOME LAKE!! Big Pike and lots of them, boated one Musky lost another, all on a hot sunny day...not bad for a first time trip..

ON A DOWN NOTE....Warning to all who use the Govt. Dock boat landing. I got vandalized while on the water, they snipped off my wench Hook. I have a pretty good idea who "they" is who committed the act, but that's neither here nor there. Someone else had a problem as well I heard recently, so basically if you use this launch BE CAREFUL, protect your valuables and park as close to the marina or dock as possible to try and avoid trouble.

I was casting off the dock tonight, I caught one a small one about 8 pounds, another one blew up on hte bait- looked about 15 pounds, and a third surfaced- like I woke him up and looked all over and never did chase the lure.. there is an evening no-see-ums bus bite on right now that makes standing on the dock nasty- but it only lasts about a half hour. I havent had this much fun since we put a perfectly good seagull in the police cheifs car.

Lou's bay is on the north shore about a 7 minute run east from Indian Point in that rig of yours...grey boat house, green house, new brown dock.

See you then.

I was out there one day only, Tuesday. I will be back in the area in 2 weeks and I really would like to get out there for a day or 2 but frankly I am a little worried after this past experience...I hope it was an isolated incident but having to worry about getting vandalized while on the water is a good way to ruin a day of fishing
