| Hey you Northern Buckeyes: when do these lakes start to turn on? Anyone game for an early-April run? m |
|

|
| Mike, the clearfork boat ramp is gonna be under construction from March, until early May. So count that one out. |

| Hello Mikie,
Hopefully, the lakes will be back up to summer levels before too long. I know Piedmont & West Branch are still way down.
If you're looking for a fellow Buckeye to go chase toothy critters with, my email is [email protected]. |

| Mikie:
Originally I had heard the ramp at Clearfork was going to be closed starting March 15 also. However, I went to the Muskies, Inc. meeting this week and they said its going to be closed from April 15 - June 1. That is a bummer. There will not be any other access to the lake until it's completed.

| Shame about that ramp, hope it will be much better following construction. Seems I've seen a 'worm drowner' on the gofishohio boards, too; I will have to look you up. I've heard Leesville has some nice fish, probably about 3 hours from me which is still in reach. BTW, Tom, thanks so much for the Salt Fork articles, very informative. m |

| Mikie,
I'm the same one as on the GFO board. Nobody else in their right mind would claim to be me![] |

| I'm always open for a fishing trip it's all in the water temp. but if the water is open you can catch fish, this year is going to be a good year with the mild temps the fish should be starting to stage for the spring but like I said any time the water is open is a good time to fish. If your from Ohio e-mail me and we'll try to get together to fish some of those New Pearson Plugs. [email protected]
