| There will be a longer wait time for any lures that you are waiting for, because I just put a 3/4" spur point drill through the base of my middle finger on my painting hand. Somehow I missed the bone, though I can see it, and there doesn't appear to be any tendon damage because I can bend and extend it. I just wonder where the pieces went?

You and the family have to move done close by me and we will put the chrome team together in one place where I can keep a safe eye on you.
That's enough nails and drilling for you.
Hope it works out OK for you bud, now that has to really hurt.

| Tetnus shot and x-rays and stitched to make it look like an S-shaped divot....guess I lost some meat......thank God for narcotics!
I'll be a little behind on what I have started or what I was just starting...like the second batch of Megaturds, and I just got 100 bodies with a bluegill profile that will have to wait now. At least I can still flip people off, so it must be working.

| Two things:
#1 Now you can join Eric's club, not really as dramatic as a drill through the foot, but it's all good, and this will count.
#2 Now some muskie is going to be suing Wendy's when it bites that bait and gets a little finger with its lunch. I'll bet there is a lawyer tracking that bait shipment right now. Better clean the drill real good or they will make it a class action suit, even though you put out a recall on the whole batch!
#3 BTW, did I tell you the one about the two Poles that went into the basketball business?
#4 Vicodin/ibuprofen

| Beav
swift recovery buddy...glad you didn't get hurt severely, even though that sounds like it sux.
see, even more reason you guys should buy everything beav puts up....he puts more blood, sweat, tears and curses into more lures than most guys clearcoat in a year!
Jim, maybe you should start a new type of red paint....mix your blood in there, call it the Beav Bloodline! |

| Beav, speedy recovery and good thing you didn't have a more serious injury to deal with or poke out your eyes for example |

| I am lucky that it didn't go through the bone or slice a tendon or an artery.
The bit just grabbed, and the next thing that I knew I was runnign around looking for supplies.
Poured half a bottle of rubbing alcohol on it and could see wood pieces and meat floating out. Then I pulled back the flaps and pumped it full of hydrogen peroxide. Like a volcano in grade school. Then I flushed it with more alcohol and could see the side of the bone with the hole opened. Didn't miss by much.
I think Slamr has a Voo-Doo doll of me at his place. |

Hope your recovery is quick w/o major long tern effects.

| i like my pain management doctor so much i would kiss him right now
I just changed the dressing, and I'll be at the ER tomorrow. There are gaps where there are two flaps of skin that aren't connected with flesh oozing out of the gaps. Still bleeding like a pig too. I tried to clean it up some more, but there are pieces coming out of there that I can't identify. Some times I think you're better going to the vet around here.
