Location: Contrarian Island | I had purchased a brand new Marcum vs560 underwater camera this spring from Thornes...well after only using it a few times the connection of the camera into the main unit was faulty...It would short in and out so I would lose the image and have to have the connection "just so" to make it work...one call to Marcum and they knew of this problem on other units..they sent out a UPS call tag for that unit and are sending a brand new complete unit to me..with very little hassle/questions...Nice to see customer service like this...and when I called I didn't get one of those automated annoying systems, I got a real person...

I like the camera by the way, except the sun shade/shroud over the screen could have been make a big bigger ....
