Anyone out there using Pflueger reels?

How do they perform? What models are best?

ABU discontinued the MORRUM.... and I"m on the hunt for something new. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a trion. It's not a muskie reel, but it's a great reel! Haven't had any problems. Would suggest it to anyone.

Abu 6600EXT coming in September. A lot like the Morrum, but smoother.

I have a couple. They are a couple years old and are smaller reels I use wrapped with 50# superline. Smooth, tough, and all in all a great reel.

jlong,

I know Ty Sennett is using Pfluegers, I know he puts his gear through everything and he has had them for 3 straight years now. He also has a TE and says that the Pflueger is just as smooth. He does replace the handles on the Pfluegers with the power handles from the TE though. Shoot him a message on his phone and he can tell you more details.
