Location: Lino Lakes, MN | Reply like you normally would and then check the box at the bottom that says "attach a file after posting". When you hit the submit button, a box will come up where you can browse for your picture. Find your picture and click submit. It will tell you that the file was uploaded successfully and now you can click on the return to thread button. Not sure on the picture size requirements are, but you can shrink it down in Microsoft Paint or different photo editing software.
