I just wanted to say thanks, as Chuck really helped me out. I had some issues with a couple of ABU's that I was having a hard time getting taken care of...Chuck jumped in and really took good care of me. ABU is really lucky to have a guy who will go out on the limb to help out a customer...Thanks,Ben Remer
