| there is a real need for many of us to battle the blues, we're suffering from SAD or seasonal affective disorder. Too little sunlight creates depression-like symptoms. There's an easy cure with wide spectrum lights, however. (No SpongeBob, not your grow lights.) Use at least 150-watts placed less than 2' from your face at least 30-45 minutes a day. I have my lights on my computer desk. Really helps a lot. | |
