Location: Home of the 2016 World Series Champion Cubs | Yeah Im thinking positive here on the new season. Any way to put together a list of current state records for both pure and hybrid? As well as perhaps the requirements to verify potential new state records. Maybe links would be the best way to go. Similarly, a list of whats required to certify a fish through the IGFA, Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame, or the Modern Day Muskellunge World Record Keeping Program (Larry Ramsell et.al.). At any rate I would like to see a list of current state records posted somewhere here as a reference.
