Location: Kaukauna, Wisconsin		I sent my globe in to get reshafted and he said it did not need to be,offered me a brand new one, but wanted the old one. So he retuned it and sent me a jointed creeper- at no charge!! If that is not Top Notch and great customer service, I don't know what is.
