| A couple of weeks ago, I sat on my glasses and bent the frames just enough that the lenses would not stay in. I prefer metal frames, I sent them in with a 6 dollar check and explained that it was my fault...Received a new pair a few days later...no extra charge...pretty nice, Ben | |

Their service is excellent, broke my frames when cleaning them before Cave PMTT, I shipped them next day, had the back in 2 days no charge, no questions.
