We fished our FRV outing on shelbyville this weekend. Action was sporadic. We had two rips and ended up with these two fish. I say mine is more of a trophy than my buddy tony's fish. Looks like the new H2o nitro crankbait is more than just a musky bait!

Got out on the Fox Chain this weekend. We saw 3 on Saturday, nothing on Sunday. Heard of a few fish moving Sunday, but not for us.

I got out on the Chain for the last time this spring yesterday. We started off moving fish like crazy. Saw 3 fish on the first spot, went back through and moved two more. I lost a mid 30's at the side of the boat on a jig on the next run through that spot. We ended up raising 7 fish all together, but couldn't seal the deal. Saw MuskyMike out there as well.
Seems like the action slowed considerably after about 2. Didn't move a fish after that. Wind switched from West to North, North West, and it slowed the bite big time. Temps were around 57-60.

Fished Pierce lake in Rockford from 1 till 3pm on Saturday. That resulted in a 31"er on a Lil Ernie. On Sunday fished from 11 till 2 in HEAVY WIND and didn't see jack. Water temps were 58.5 to 60deg and murky..

LOL Todd that's pretty cool. Hey did you get a chance to see what Roger Watters had caught on his Cranky Nitro this past fall? Maybe he'll be so kind to post it on this thread.
Something to be said about baits that catch more than the fish that your targeting. I think that proves how irrisistable that the bait is that other species will hit it!!!!

catch ya later,
